Sometimes Chunky's a Good Thing

I'm relatively famous for my chunky guacamole with a kick, which I find ironic - since I don't like guacamole :) Aaron loves it, and it's generally the first thing to go at any event at our house. If you like it a little less spicy - feel free to leave out the hot sauce, but it's pretty awesome with it. This is chunky guacamole, so it won't be silky smooth!

Chunky Guacamole with a Kick

2 ripe Hass avocados
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 teaspooon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
1 Roma tomato, chopped
2 teaspoons hot sauce

Slice avocados and scoop out pits. Mash avocados a little with a fork . Add garlic, lime juice, salt, pepper, and hot sauce and mix well. Add in tomato, cilantro and onion and mix gently together until combined. It'll be chunky and delicious :)
